Buzix Policies

The following policies govern the use of Buzix, Inc. services. These policies are incorporated into and governed by the Buzix, Inc. Agreement and Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current versions of these policies.
Master Agreement
Agreement / Terms of Service
The main agreement governing Buzix, Inc. services, customer responsibilities, support boundaries,
incorporated policies, service restrictions, and general terms of use.
Support and Service Policies
Support Policy
Defines what Buzix support includes, what is outside the scope of hosting support, customer-side
responsibilities, mail-client support limits, firewall block handling, and support conduct
requirements.
Service Availability and Maintenance Policy
Explains service availability expectations, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, security
events, uptime limitations, third-party issues, and why this policy is not a guaranteed SLA unless
Buzix separately agrees in writing.
Customer Conduct and Account Policies
Abuse Policy
Covers prohibited use, spam, mail abuse, resource abuse, firewall blocks, compromised accounts,
malware, phishing, security enforcement, and customer responsibility for activity under their
account.
Billing Policy
Covers invoices, payments, late fees, suspension, termination, chargebacks, refunds, cancellations,
authorized contacts, delinquent accounts, and billing dispute procedures.
Legal and Privacy Policies
Limitation of Liability Policy
Defines liability limits, excluded damages, no guarantee of uninterrupted service, customer-side
responsibility, third-party limitations, and the maximum liability cap.
Privacy Policy
Explains what information Buzix collects, how information is used, server and security logs,
payment information, support records, policy acceptance records, third-party sharing, and customer
privacy responsibilities.
Policy Acceptance
Buzix, Inc. may require customers to accept the current Agreement and Terms of Service and incorporated policies before submitting support tickets, making payments, renewing services, accessing the customer portal, or continuing service.
Buzix, Inc. may record policy acceptance information, including customer ID, user ID, timestamp, IP address, policy version, browser information, or other reasonable records needed to document acceptance.
Policy Revisions
Buzix, Inc. may update these policies from time to time. The version posted on the Buzix website or within the Buzix customer portal is the current version unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Buzix services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
Governing Law and Venue
Disputes relating to this policy are governed by the Governing Law and Venue provisions of the Buzix, Inc. Agreement and Terms of Service.
